Beyond Additional Information

With Beyond Additional Information you can store information texts for items and service items. A separate column in purchasing and sales document lines shows whether information texts are available for the item or service item. The information texts can be retrieved by clicking in the corresponding column. If required, you can hide the information texts via a check box (mark as read).

Beyond Attributes Core

With Beyond Attributes Core you can store and maintain additional data on service items. For this purpose, an area is added to the service item list and the service item card in the factbox, where you can enter characteristics and additional data (attributes) about the service items.

Beyond Barcodes

With Beyond Barcodes you can use barcodes in Business Central. The solution adds an area for barcodes in the factbox on the item card and item list. An API in the background generates barcodes for item numbers or other information you have defined in the barcode setup. Barcodes can also be used as electronic business cards for contacts or employees. The app can be easily and quickly customized to your needs, just contact us.

Beyond Change Serial No

With Beyond Change Serial No you can change a serial number for a service item. The whole process is supported by a wizard and automatically changes the serial number for the service item and the related documents. This process can be performed only once and cannot be undone.

Beyond Certificates

Beyond Certificates is a free extension for Business Central and allows you to track the validity of education, training, continuing education, and certificates of your employees in Business Central.

Beyond Cloud Connector

With Beyond Cloud Connector, you connect a cloud storage location (Azure BLOB Storage, Azure Files and Sharepoint) in your Business Central. You store files centrally in the cloud, so that every user can quickly and easily access the corresponding files via Business Central. Among other additional editing options, stored files can also be viewed or downloaded directly in the web browser (depending on the selected cloud storage).

Beyond Cues

Make your employees' everyday life easier and increase productivity at the same time. Beyond Cues adds an area to your role center where you can configure so-called "cues". Among other things, the cues can be configured to display important information about business processes while allowing quick navigation to filtered pages.

Beyond Data Importer

Beyond Data Importer allows you to import and process large amounts of data. Load catalogs and price lists of your business partners into your system and import the contained items as catalog items. You only need to create an import template once for each file. All settings and assignments to the import template are saved for the next import. This way, you can update the purchase prices of catalog items with just a few clicks instead of tediously maintaining them manually.

Beyond Fields

Beyond Fields automatically adds additional field information into the most important maps and lists. The default fields are extended to more than 400 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central pages. Quickly and easily populate fields such as Name 2, Description 2, or Bin Code.

Beyond Fixed Price

With Beyond Fixed Price you can use fixed prices in sales documents and in service documents. Depending on the document, you can apply a fixed price for items, resources or the entire document. The difference is automatically added as a line item and printed in the document. You can define the type of line and the description in the fixed price setup.

Beyond Indicator

Beyond Indicator adds a column with a graphical display to your document lines. You can customize the so-called "indicator column" for document lines (purchase, sales and service) specific to your use case. The conditions of the indicator, as well as the graphical equivalent when a condition is true, are completely user-definable. For example, you can create an indicator for sales lines with the available item quantity (quantity of the item available in stock). Based on the graphical display in the corresponding column in the item lines, you can then directly see whether the entered item quantity is available in stock.

Beyond Inventory Details

Beyond Inventory Details allows you to track item inventory in a company and between multiple companies (in one Business Central environment). The factbox on the item card is extended with the Item Inventory and Item Inventory by Company tabs and shows the item quantities in inventory and the locations in the client and other clients in your environment.

Beyond Manufacturer Group Type

Beyond Manufacturer Group Type is used to store and maintain additional data (manufacturer, group and type) on service items. After installation, the Manufacturer, Group and Type columns are added to the service item list, as well as the fields of the same name on the service item card. This information allows you to categorize your service items and extend the filtering functions in the service item list.

Beyond Person In Charge

Beyond Person In Charge adds the field Person In Charge to your Business Central. You can assign a fixed support representative to a customer or vendor. This person acts as a fixed contact person for customers and internal queries about documents. The assigned person is automatically stored in each document in Purchasing, Sales and Service documents. You can also assign a person to a user in the system; all documents created by this user are automatically assigned to this support representative.

Beyond Record Search

Beyond Record Search adds a new column to your document lines. In this column (search) you can enter a search term to search for items, service items, resources, G/L accounts, assets, comments, costs and item charges depending on the document. You will receive the search results within a few milliseconds and can double-click on the data record found (for example, an item) to transfer it to the document lines. The search results are displayed in a clearly arranged window. To avoid tying up computing capacity for the search unnecessarily, only 50 search results are displayed. If more results are required, you can automatically load more search results by scrolling down.

Beyond Reports

Beyond Reports allows you to quickly and easily design reports in Business Central. The solution allows you to quickly customize a given basic design and add various elements and information to it. Create your own design with company logo, change report names (e.g. from sales quote to customer quote), show standard fields in the reports and much more.

Beyond Service

Beyond Service adds new features to your service area in Business Central and already proven features from other areas to help you work faster. Copy receipts, create service documents from the service item card, save document copies as PDF files or send them as e-mails, add images for service items and much more.

Beyond Service Item Tracking

Beyond Service Item Tracking is used to track information (counter readings and service locations) of service items. This information allows you to maintain a history for your service items. By default, two counters are added for your service items when you install the application. If you would like to track additional counter readings for service items, please contact us.

Beyond Catalog

Beyond Catalog enhances your Business Central with a cross-client catalog item table and new catalog items (Beyond Catalog Items). These allow you to keep and maintain the same catalog item master for multiple clients/companies in your environment. You can maintain item prices or catalog items through one client and roll this out to all other clients (companies) in the environment at the same time.

Beyond Service Requisition

Beyond Service Requisition adds the already familiar Requisition Worksheets feature (from the Sales and Purchase business area) to the Service business area. You can use purchase codes (add the column with the personalization function) in the service item worksheet (or service worksheet) for service lines, creating a purchase order for the items in the service lines.

Beyond Scheduler

Beyond Scheduler adds a scheduling overview to your Business Central. In the scheduling overview, you can schedule service orders for resources and assign them. Clicking on the orders in the scheduling overview gives you more information. The scheduled time is transferred to the resource assignment of the service item.

Beyond Used Parts Tax

Beyond Used Parts Tax allows you to apply an used parts tax. German law provides that a used parts tax applies when a business exchanges a used part (of a car, truck, motorcycle, self-propelled machine, aircraft or motorboat) for a new part. The transfer of the used part by the customer triggers a sales tax to be calculated by the business partner/company.

Beyond Advanced Serial No

Beyond Advanced Serial No adds the Serial No. column to all purchase and sales documents. This app allows you to enter serial numbers for items directly into the Serial No. column on document lines. Add an item to the document, specify the quantity 1 and enter the serial number in the column … Item tracking rows are added automatically.

Beyond Trade In

Beyond Trade In allows you to take items in payment. The trade-in is similar to a sales claim. In the process a sales credit note is created for the business partner.

Beyond Price Changes

Beyond Price Changes allows you to define individual markups for items based on item quantities, item prices and customers. Markups can be applied as a percentage markup, fixed price, or blended markup in sales and service documents.

Beyond Carts

Collect items in a cart for batch ordering into your warehouse
Beyond Carts introducing a new feature in Microsoft 365 Business Central that simplifies the process of collecting and importing items into purchase orders for inventory replenishment. This feature allows users to create a shopping cart within the Business Central environment, enabling them to accumulate items for later conversion into purchase orders. This streamlined workflow enhances efficiency and accuracy in the order management process.

Beyond Collective Shipments

Beyond Collective Shipments is an extension of our template-based report designer (Beyond Reports) with live preview and HTML text capabilities that allows you to create and print collective shipments. You can use the created documents to organize your shipments from sales and service, group them and prepare them for your shipping agents.

Beyond Service Time Tracking

Beyond Service Time Tracking makes it possible to record times required to complete a service on a service item. The app provides a special user login for resources working on lines in a service document.

Beyond Calculation

Beyond Calculation enables you to quickly and easily create a calculation of machines/items and corresponding configurations. Use Beyond Calculation to quickly capture the requirements of your customers when configuring a machine. Add attachments, items, costs, services, texts, used machines (trade-in) and other items to the calculation. Display a live preview of the document with all elements of the precalculation. Send the document to the customer or ask your supervisor to approve the precalculation first.

Beyond Report Preview

Beyond Report Preview adds a preview to show PDF files directly integrated in a factbox.

Beyond Document Line Transfer

The Beyond Document Line Transfer application allows you to import or export document lines. Import or export CSV or TXT files from vendors or customers to quickly complete orders in purchase, sales or service.

Beyond Rich Text

The Beyond Rich Text application enables you to store text with numerous formatting options on documents or document lines.

Beyond Mobile Warehouse

The Beyond Mobile Warehouse application allows you to carry out warehouse processes on mobile devices. You can use mobile devices with the app to scan barcodes and quickly add item lines to empty documents (purchase, sales, service, inventory, transfer, goods receipt, etc.) or add item quantities to existing documents.

Beyond Price Care

Beyond Price Care allows you to quickly and easily adjust prices and discounts for items and resources. On the price adjustment page, you can edit both purchase prices (direct unit cost) and sales prices (unit costs), control purchase discounts and sales discounts, set start and end dates and make vendor or customer-specific adjustments. All changes are displayed in clearly arranged areas.

Beyond Service Worksheet

Beyond Service Worksheet allows you to display service worksheet lines from service orders grouped together.

Beyond Dimensions

Beyond Dimensions allows you to maintain field values from tables as dimensions by default. After setting up Beyond Dimensions, the defined dimensions are automatically inserted by the system, ensuring that you can perform a more in-depth analysis of your data. In this documentation you will find some examples of how to set up field values as dimensions.

Beyond Document Designer

Beyond Document Designer allows you to quickly and easily design reports in Business Central. The solution allows you to quickly customize a given basic design and add various elements and information to it. Create your own design with company logo, change report names (e.g. from sales quote to customer quote), show standard fields in the reports and much more.

Beyond Signature

Beyond Signature is an app that integrates basic functions for electronic signatures in your Business Central. Please note that the app must be used in conjunction with other apps so that you can capture signatures.

Beyond Rich Text Editor

Beyond Rich Text Editor is an app that enables basic editor functions for creating and formatting rich texts.

Beyond Document Designer Service

Beyond Document Designer Service extends the Beyond Document Designer app with the Service business area, i.e. you can design all service documents individually with a header image, footer image and, if required, a watermark. Design your own digital stationery and create your documents directly with it.

Beyond Catalog V2

Beyond Catalog V2 enhances your Business Central with a cross-client catalog item table and new catalog items (Beyond Catalog Items). These allow you to keep and maintain the same catalog item master for multiple clients/companies in your environment. You can maintain item prices or catalog items through one client and roll this out to all other clients (companies) in the environment at the same time.

Beyond Mobile Service

The application offers a clear interface for processing service orders during field service assignments. You can retrieve work orders, navigate to customer addresses, record travel, working, and break times for work orders, add items to orders, etc.

Beyond PDF Signature

Beyond PDF Signature allows you to capture signatures for purchase receipt documents, sales shipments, and files in PDF format in the Attachments factbox area of Business Central. The signature is recorded digitally without leaving Business Central, including the name (in block letters) and timestamp.

The Beyond Attributes x MGT application bridges Beyond Attributes Core and Beyond Manufacturer Group Type. This bridge application allows to use attributes and additional information like manufacturer, group, type on service items.

Beyond Data Importer x Catalog

The Beyond Data Importer x Catalog application bridges the gap between Beyond Data Importer and Beyond Catalog. This bridge application allows you to import articles from an Excel file and creates what are called Beyond Catalog Items for the imported Excel lines. Beyond Catalog Items allow you to use a cross-client catalog item master in your environment. Updates to the catalog item master such as price reductions, price increases, or additional product ranges are made for all clients (companies) in the environment.

The Beyond Record Search x Attributes application bridges Beyond Record Search and Beyond Attributes Core. This bridge application makes it possible to search for service items using attributes (from Beyond Attributes Core) via the Beyond Record Search functionality.

The Beyond Advanced Serial No x Attributes application bridges Beyond Advanced Serial No and Beyond Attributes Core. This bridge application allows to use the attributes for service items as well as the functionality of rebooking and quick entry of serial numbers.
