Beyond AdditionalInformation
With BEYOND AdditionalInformation you can store information texts for items and service items. A separate column in purchasing and sales document lines shows whether information texts are available for the item or service item. The information texts can be retrieved by clicking in the corresponding column. If required, you can hide the information texts via a check box (mark as read).

With BEYOND AttributesCore you can store and maintain additional data on service items. For this purpose, an area is added to the service item list and the service item card in the factbox, where you can enter characteristics and additional data (attributes) about the service items.

Beyond Barcodes
With BEYOND Barcodes you can use barcodes in Business Central. The solution adds an area for barcodes in the factbox on the item card and item list. An API in the background generates barcodes for item numbers or other information you have defined in the barcode setup. Barcodes can also be used as electronic business cards for contacts or employees. The app can be easily and quickly customized to your needs, just contact us.

With BEYOND ChangeSerialNo you can change a serial number for a service item. The whole process is supported by a wizard and automatically changes the serial number for the service item and the related documents. This process can be performed only once and cannot be undone.

With BeyondCloudConnector, you connect a cloud storage location (Azure BLOB Storage, Azure Files and Sharepoint) in your Business Central. You store files centrally in the cloud, so that every user can quickly and easily access the corresponding files via Business Central. With BEYOND FixedPrices you can use fixed prices in sales documents and in service documents. Depending on the document, you can apply a fixed price for items, resources or the entire document. The difference is automatically added as a line item and printed in the document. You can define the type of line and the description in the fixed price setup.

Beyond Indicator
Beyond Indicator adds a column with a graphical display to your document lines. You can customize the so-called "indicator column" for document lines (purchase, sales and service) specific to your use case. The conditions of the indicator, as well as the graphical equivalent when a condition is true, are completely user-definable. For example, you can create an indicator for sales lines with the available item quantity (quantity of the item available in stock). Based on the graphical display in the corresponding column in the item lines, you can then directly see whether the entered item quantity is available in stock.

The factbox on the item card is extended with the Item Inventory and Item Inventory by Company tabs and shows the item quantities in inventory and the locations in the client and other clients in your environment.

BEYOND ManufacturerGroupType is used to store and maintain additional data (manufacturer, group and type) on service items. After installation, the Manufacturer, Group and Type columns are added to the service item list, as well as the fields of the same name on the service item card. This information allows you to categorize your service items and extend the filtering functions in the service item list.

BEYOND PersonInCharge adds the field Person In Charge to your Business Central. You can assign a fixed support representative to a customer or vendor. This person acts as a fixed contact person for customers and internal queries about documents. The assigned person is automatically stored in each document in Purchasing, Sales and Service documents. You can also assign a person to a user in the system; all documents created by this user are automatically assigned to this support representative.

Beyond RecordSearch
BEYOND RecordSearch adds a new column to your document lines. In this column (search) you can enter a search term to search for items, service items, resources, G/L accounts, assets, comments, costs and item charges depending on the document. You will receive the search results within a few milliseconds and can double-click on the data record found (for example, an item) to transfer it to the document lines. The search results are displayed in a clearly arranged window. To avoid tying up computing capacity for the search unnecessarily, only 50 search results are displayed. If more results are required, you can automatically load more search results by scrolling down.

These allow you to keep and maintain the same catalog item master for multiple clients/companies in your environment. Beyond ServiceRequisition adds the already familiar Requisition Worksheets feature (from the Sales and Purchase business area) to the Service business area.
