Skip Price Update for Item

This chapter describes how you can set that item prices are not updated during a catalog updates. Item descriptions and all other information contained in the catalog for the item are updated.

Exclude Updates to Texts and Prices
Beyond CatalogV2 adds several settings to the item card for behavior during catalog updates. This chapter describes how you can exclude items from price updates while still updating other information from the catalog (such as descriptions or texts). If you want to completely exclude the item from all updates during catalog import, proceed as described in the chapter Skip Catalog Update for Item.

To set all information except item prices for the selected item to be updated, proceed as follows:

1. Open the search function from the role center (ALT+Q).
2. Search for Items and click on the corresponding search result.
3. The Items list is displayed
4. Select the item for which you want to make the setting from the list and open the item card.
5. Under the Items tab in the Beyond Catalog section, activate the Skip Price Update slider.
   

You have excluded the item from all future price updates. The item information will be updated, but item prices will remain unaffected by updates and catalog imports.
