Create Group
This chapter describes how to create a group for service items. You can use this group to categorize service items and filter by this group.
To create a group, proceed as follows:
- Open the search function from the role center (ALT+Q).
- Search for Groups and click on the corresponding search result.
- The Groups page is displayed. On this page you will find all the created groups.
- To create a group, click New in the menu bar.
- Enter a code and the name of the group.
You have created a group. You can assign the group to a service item.
